Requirements:
Applicants must be in possession of a relevant post-matric qualification in the field of administration/finance. Applicants should be computer literate with respect to the use of applications such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. A minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative function. Have a proven record of good and effective administrative and organizational skills. Good interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills.
Duties:
Arrange and serve as secretariat for all directorate meetings. Organize catering, venues and parking and manage all other relevant logistical arrangements for meetings. Make travel and accommodation arrangements. Retrieval of the documents at registry. Filing and tracking of documents. Perform administrative tasks related to the post and relevant to the directorate.
