Further inland the grocery store was open and well stocked so we were able to pick up the makings for Christmas dinner.
We toured Simpson Bay by dinghy and witnessed the devistation of many boats still sunk in the bay on both the French and Dutch sides.
Businesses on the Dutch side were open so we were able to pick up some replacement parts and get the propeller for the outboard fixed.
