We stopped in Anguilla to visit former Fairport yacht club member Ralph Berkoff and his wife Vidya. Their hospitality was outstanding and much appreciated.
Anguilla was hit hard by the hurricanes but much of the destruction has been cleared up and businesses are busy rebuilding. The beaches are beautiful and many restaurants small hotels and guest houses are open. Unfortunately tourism is way down and most places are way below capacity even at the height of the holidays.

We spent New Years together with Ralph and Vidya and a couple of cruisers (Boyd and Marion) from Saskatchewan.
