Requirements:
An appropriate 3-year degree / National Diploma Public Administration/ Office Management/ Business Management and Administration / or relevant qualification and extensive experience in rendering admin support services. Appropriate experience which includes stakeholder coordination, financial and human resources management, logistical and administration issues. Special requirements (skills needed): High level of computer literacy. Knowledge of the Public Finance Management Act and Treasury Regulations. Knowledge and application of Labour Relations Act, Basic conditions of employment act, Skills Development Act and other HR legislation. Knowledge of Supply Chain and Asset Management policies. Strong leadership, problem solving skills, strategic planning and management. A sound human resource budget management skill is recommended. Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal and planning skills. Ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines
Duties:
Collate and consolidate reports for the Chief Audit Executive. Manage a secretariat service for committees convened by the Office of the Chief Audit Executive. Information Management and Sector Coordination. Monitor budget reports for the Internal Audit Division. Interface with all stakeholders. Manage administrative coordination functions for the Chief Audit Executive. Manage and supervise effective personnel administration, salary administration, leave administration and staff establishment. Monitor recruitment and selection, termination, performance management. Facilitate the annual budget process. Ensure effective training and development of all Divisional members. Manage and supervise stock take and inspections of the Divisional Resources. Prepare and submit quarterly reports. Supervision of staff.
