Requirements:
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Must be in possession of a Senior Certificate with typing skills (Post matric certificate will be an advantage)
Must be computer literate
Understanding Public Service challenges for elementary staff
Developed problem identification and problem solving skills at elementary level
Enjoy working with people
Must be a team player
Have good communication skills
Able to handle confidential information
Exposure to registry functions, record-keeping and filing
Ability to work under pressure
A Valid code 08 (Code B) driver’s license will be an added advantage.

Duties:
Key Performance Areas: The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Providing efficient secretarial support services to the Parliamentary Office
Perform frontline reception and switchboard duties for the Parliamentary Office
Manage an effective filing system
Perform office administrative duties
Management of stationery.
