Hannah Cunliffe withdraws from the University of Oregon, plus the weekend recap...

According to a post written by Ken Goe of the Oregonian, Federal Way native Hannah Cunliffe (left/photo by Paul Merca) has withdrawn from the University of Oregon.

Cunlifffe, who would be a senior if eligible, didn’t compete in Oregon’s first two meets this season, according to Goe, and isn’t registered for classes this quarter.

With the Pac-12 track and field championships on the horizon Saturday in Seattle at Husky Track, comes this report from the Italian sports newspaper Gazetta del Sport, that Federal Way HS graduate Hannah Cunliffe (left/photo by Kirby Lee/Image of Sport) could be on the move again, this time to represent Italy in international competition.
