Investrust Bank Plc, a growing indigenous commercial bank listed on the Lusaka Stock Exchange, is looking for qualified, self-motivated, hard working and enthusiastic individuals to fill the following positions that have fallen vacant.
Job Title: Assistant Manager – Infrastructure Support & IT Security Systems
Location: Head Office
Reporting to: Head ICT
Job Purpose:
Responsible for providing first level Infrastructure and security system support while ensuring maximum availability and uptime.
Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Resolve user requests / incidents within the specified period in the SLA
  2. Ensure the Bank’s infrastructure and IT security systems are operational at all times
  3. Install, monitor and maintain the Bank’s infrastructure and IT security systems
Qualifications and Experience
  1. Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Information Technology / Information Systems
  2. At least 5 years post qualifying experience in the ICT field of which 2 years must be at supervisory level.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  1. Knowledge of server operating systems, especially Windows platform, Microsoft Exchange Server, Firewalls, Anti-virus and LAN/ WAN technologies
  2. Ability to work independently and lead a team member
