Job Title: Assistant Manager – Infrastructure Support & IT Security Systems
Location: Head Office
Reporting to: Head ICT
Job Purpose:
Responsible for providing first level Infrastructure and security system support while ensuring maximum availability and uptime.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Resolve user requests / incidents within the specified period in the SLA
- Ensure the Bank’s infrastructure and IT security systems are operational at all times
- Install, monitor and maintain the Bank’s infrastructure and IT security systems
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Information Technology / Information Systems
- At least 5 years post qualifying experience in the ICT field of which 2 years must be at supervisory level.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge of server operating systems, especially Windows platform, Microsoft Exchange Server, Firewalls, Anti-virus and LAN/ WAN technologies
- Ability to work independently and lead a team member
