European Union) will take place in the port city of Hamburg in northern Germany on 7 and 8 
July. ---- This summit will be an opportunity for the bourgeois and imperialist states to 
safeguard the capitalist order responsible for the wars, misery and exile of tens of 
millions of people throughout the world. The key objectives of the G20 2017 will be the 
distribution of spheres of influence, geopolitical interests and coordination of global 
operations. ---- The summit will be held at the Congress Center in the very heart of the 
city of Hamburg, 1km from the popular and rebel area of Sankt Pauli, which the police 
classified as "  at-risk zone  " during the summit. What is perceived as a provocation for 
its inhabitants, who are not accustomed to bend their backs against the fachos and the 
bosses, may well prove to be an opportunity to carry a stroke to the capitalist machine.

On April 28th, 3,500 supporters of the mythical club of St. Pauli demonstrated in the 
streets of Hamburg with the message "  Smash G20. Welcome to the hell of Sankt Pauli  ".

Expected repression

The German repressive apparatus also switches on. The Schengen agreements will be 
suspended for probably a month around the G20 with reinstatement at border controls and 
around Hamburg. 15 to 20,000 police officers will be mobilized to maintain order.
On the side of the activists several mobilizations are already planned for three days. On 
6 July, the international anti-capitalist demonstration called "  Welcome to Hell  ", 
called by the autonomous, will take place. The following day (Friday, July 7th) will be 
devoted to the various direct actions against the G20 grouped under the name 
#HamburgCityStrike (Color The Red Zone, Shut down the logistics of capital, Mass Climate 
Resistance Action). The day will end with a revolutionary demonstration. Finally, The 
counter-summit will end on Saturday 8 July with a major demonstration on the theme of 
solidarity without borders.
At the same time, two camps (an anti-capitalist camp and a large camp) will be organized 
to accommodate the participants for a whole week, despite the attempts to prohibit them 
from the authorities of the city.

The mobilizations against the great capitalist masses are ritualized and participate in a 
form of spectacle that the cops, the media and the government have learned to channel and 
repress.
How then can we question this gigantic and spectacular mise-en-scene, which is dominated 
by the state, the media and the bourgeois class ? This is the question that the German 
initiative NoG20 is trying to answer, whose mobilization has as its motto "  do not fight
