I’m just responding to the person who asked about calling the US from the UK.
It’s easy peasy. From either a landline or a mobile, it’s just 00 for the international code, then 1 for the country code for then US, then the local area code, and then the number.
So you’ll be dialling what you’d normally dial, just with 001 on the front.
