If I may, OWK had shared his time personally with me. For that, I am profoundly grateful and he has my respect. Yosef is a devout man, willing to put himself out there for examination and critique on a near daily basis. For that he has my appreciation and my respect as well. For either of them to continue on, after some of the posts here, is truly a credit to their commitment to their calling.
While I believe Angel may have taken a tact a bit more aligned with disagreeing without attacking OWK as a person, I do respect her right to disagree.
We all have been frustrated, we have all been hopeful. In this moment I feel another attack, directed at Angel is the wrong approach. A reminder of who we are, what we are trying to accomplish, and how we are working towards arriving together.
From a logic standpoint, we as a group on IDC do hold sway, but we are but one piece to a much larger puzzle. The "sovereign" right of a person to agree or not. It is the expression and not doing harm to another that I would address.
From a standpoint of pure logic. If this is all but a charade, and a choreographed dance, determined thousands of years ago, and finalized in 2012. Does the intermingling of our DNA with other species somehow hold sway? What about the knowledge that these steps have all been predetermined? I would champion a cause where we could at least exchange, (showing progress in the journey), and wait a week or two now for full public disclosure while we are able to finalize plans KNOWING what lay ahead.
That said, I will still have OWK and Yosef collective back. And they will have my thanks in sharing what they know and being who they are.
