This is not the first time that it has been suggested or stated that the reason the RV has not happened is that there is too much negativity on the blog sites. I must respectfully disagree to the logic of this argument, and suggest another set of reasons instead.
For me it has to do with "Intention." Although I myself skim over the rantings of the few naysayers that pop up here and there, as I am not in alignment with them, I don't mind them being given a voice. For in truth, when they present their scorn for what the rest of us hold sacred, I think it only strengthens our resolve to keep going. We do not agree with what they are saying, and so it works like "reverse
psychology. And in the end no harm is done. Those negative posters usually get 2 or 3 more rebuttles right back at them that poke holes in their diatribe, so they are not getting by with anything. Heck, we even realize that sometimes our beloved Yosef is "Playing Us" so that we will think. He has done a tremendous amount of good. I don't know what we would do without him. His occasional rant has not done us any harm.
Personally I trust that most of us are very firm in our convictions and I doubt that anyone has really been "Swayed" away from their belief in this process. Anyone who might have gotten desperate or confused enough to sell their currency did not have conviction in the first place.
And I don't believe it is the "Intention" of negative posters to get us to quit, or sell our currency etc. They just like to bitch about everything.
Their viewpoint is what they care about putting out. Well, so be it. It is out there, and so what. It doesn't amount to a hill of beans.
The people who DO have intention to stop the RV/GCR are the Cabal. That is their intention and their agenda, and they work very hard at it ... tirelessly in fact, trying to prevent it. So, I think that ounce-for-ounce and pound-for-pound, the Blame for all delays lies with the
Cabal. There is no other cause. It is them.
What I don't understand is this, and I would hope that Richard and Sephora would bring us an answer to this question, from their sources.

I can't understand at all why the Higher Beings have allowed the Cabal to get this far in opposing God's will. Their intention, and their agenda, and all of their actions for thousands of years has been to prevent God's plan. It is clear. It is understood by everyone. And in light of the very excellent lesson that OWK gave us about Maldek etc. it appears that this is the same cast of characters that destroyed that planet. Why were these beings not recycled after committing such a grievous crime ... and for the other 6 planets that you said they destroyed as well.
How is it possible, fair, wise or kind to us to have to deal with these beings again on this planet, when we are trying hard to ascend? And please don't use the word "Game" as though all of this suffering is just a game. A contest to succeed maybe, but there is no game in this.
It does not make any sense whatsoever to me to see them show up here again, after being the essence of evil forever. If they can keep on being forgiven and given more chances to kill another planet, what is the point of having the universal laws that they are breaking. There does not seem to be any punishment for breaking the universal laws. Saying that their Free Will must be honored, is indeed helping them to break the laws yet again. So, what good are the laws, please. If the universal laws can be broken with impunity, then there is no law.

It has been said a few times within the last few months that anyone who stopped the GVR would be held accountable and removed, supposedly to be recycled. Well, has anyone been arrested for stopping it yet? Here we sit, so someone must still be stopping it. What happened with those threats from the Elders and even Prime Creator. They don't seem to be following through on their own rules. And all of a sudden, it is the negativity in the blogs. I don't think so. That sounds like denial to me for the higher beings not taking the actions they promised. The blogsters are not the problem.
We want the curtain to go up on this thing. We are the audience waiting for the performance to begin. My cartoon mind is suggesting that we all start chanting "Start The Program" in unison, and maybe that will get it moving. Lol.
