DON’T FORGET THOSE LOST

Dear DC Family,

About a year ago I had the privilege to perform, produce the video and co-write a song with Jan Linder – Koda and Mathew Moss, remembering those lost by acts of terror. Before we all embark onto our new lives, I ask you to view this video and remember those families on the world that have lost loved ones, as well as, to remember that we are on a healing journey of love.

The power of prayer and love heals far greater than handing out money. When we are not able to reach those we know are still in need (because of distance or other circumstances), praying for them and visualizing surrounding them with love can be a powerful tool of healing. Many generations of the past have seen miracles happen by simply focusing on praying for an individual.

I grew up hearing the stories where my Great Grandmother would always pray for her five sons who where all serving in WWI. One day she heard one of her son’s calling her name. She then asked my mother (who was five almost 6 at the time), if she heard Uncle Jess calling out, thinking he might have returned home. She did not, so my Great Grandmother began to pray for him. After she finished she wrote the time and date on a piece of paper, placed it in an envelope, then in a drawer, until he came home.

All five of her sons returned home from the war healthy. She asked Uncle Jess what had happened on that day she prayed, handing him the envelope. He explained that he was in the front lines and they were about to be overrun by the enemy so he cried out “Mom pray for me!”

Peace, instantly came over him, and he quickly pulled several dead bodies over him before the enemy jumped into the trenches and began using their bayonets.

I am sure you like myself have seen and heard amazing stories of miracles and divine protection. Remember God uses us all together through love to accomplish that which we my think is impossible. Allow yourself to be guided and have the courage to intercede for those who may be out of reach. God will send someone or intervene.
