Why Should (Internet People) Get The Higher Rates?
This question was posed by Spirit Warrior, and I think it is a great question. Frankly, I am so glad this was asked because it gives me a reason to really outline the plan as I see it. By the time you finishing reading this post, you will understand why you are getting the higher rates and the General public is not.

Clearly, I don't have access to "THE PLAN," but it is easy to see how all the pieces come together. I am going to step through this bit by bit, building the case that explains why we will be treated differently than the "Regular Public," and be offered and get the higher rates. But we have to start out understanding the whole plan.
The Big Picture Objective:
I'm sure that everyone realizes that this whole thing is a removing of the Dark Agenda, and a bringing in the Light of Love and all it represents. It not only involves changing the Financial system, the Government, and our World Policy, it involves repairing and healing all the damage the Dark Agenda had caused. This is of course, systems of society, damaged people, and the damaged environment. So far, so good.
Now we have the big plan, which has taken thousands of years to get to this point, but now it is go time. However, we are still functioning in the Cabal Control system of money. While MONEY may have been an effective system of control for the Cabal, it is now an effective system of Repair and Recovery for the Light.
The Great Need
Now we introduce the Chinese Elders and all their Gold that they have horded for thousands of years for this time in history. They don't just have the Gold they have the plan as well. He who has the Gold, makes the rules. The Cabal have really done a great job setting up their own fall. The governments around the World are so desperate for a way out, and the only way is money (Gold), and the Chinese Elders have it. If the World had been in way better shape financially, the Chinese probably would not have been able to get their way, but between the desperation of the World, to escape Cabal control, and I am sure a bit of Galactic influence as well, we have 209 nations who signed up to be participants in this plan. In short, they all are willing to do what is requested of them to get the Gold they need and escape Cabal control.
Not Just Gold For Stability
We used to be on the Gold Standard back when we had Gold, but it was all stolen by the Cabal and we left the Gold standard as a result. Without something of value backing the money, it is unstable and can be manipulated up or down by those in control. However, if there is something of value behind the Money, it can only be manipulated, by manipulating what backs it, and that is way harder.
The genius of the plan as I see it, is that they use lots of different "Assets" to back the Money in every country. It is not only the Gold in the vault, which I think is mostly for psychological reasons, but they also include the assets in the ground and other Nation assets. Think about the Genius of this plan...
If it were only Gold in the Vault, it could be taken as it was before, but how do you steal the in ground assets if they are still in the ground? You talk about valuation that is stable!!!! That is an "Earth Vault" that holds a nations assets, safer than a man-made vault. But this leads me to my first important point.
Who's To Say?
Gold in the Vault, is easy to value as it is just weighing it all and multiplying the rate times the weight. Simple. But how do you calculate precisely what is in the ground? It is what you say it is. When will you know for sure if the In ground valuations were correct? After it is all mined out. That will NEVER happen in your lifetime or maybe ever. We are moving in a direction of machines that make things from pure energy, kind of like magic. The more technology we get, the less we will be taking from the ground.
It's Just A Number
So the valuation that backs our money is just a number that is agreed to by the 209 nations. Did they really need the In ground assets? Did they really need the Gold? I don't think so. The Gold will never be spent anyway, just kept in some vault, and the In ground assets will never be all mined out, and frankly whatever is mined is used and gone anyway. Oops. But does is really matter? No, it does not. All the assets do is provide a guarantee, that in the event of some currency melt down, the assets could be sold off to back the defaulted currency. BUT, THAT WILL NEVER HAPPEN. It is all just psychological comfort. The Gold in the Vault, is just to make people feel better about their money again. It wasn't really needed because all of the nations could have just gotten together and agreed on all of this without the Gold and assets. But it does provide some sort of psychological stabilization for the transition from the uncertainty and volatility of Fiat money to the certainty and stableness of asset backed money.
Money Will Peek Soon
So we have all this gold given to us by the Elders and have great value in our in ground assets etc. It seems so important to have all those zeros and monetary wealth in hand, but, that will end sooner than later. This will be the absolute PEEK of money available and the PEEK of its usefulness as well.
Interestingly, money does not go anywhere and actually grows in quantity. If I spend a dollar, I have less but someone else has more. It just moves around, but never disappears, unless it burns up or something like that. Also, value of things go up as well. A person could spend $80 million on a building, and once built it is now worth $100 million. That original $80 million is still somewhere in someone's pocket or bank account, but we also now have a $100 million dollar building as well. With this revaluation and all this construction, the amount of money and value will skyrocket, and soon will peak.
Money Will Be Obsolete Anyway
In the beginning, money will be needed to buy everything you want, but later, there will be less and less to spend it on. We will soon all have free energy devices in our homes and businesses, and electricity will be free. Then our transportation systems will all be converted to free energy and no money will be spent there either. Then food will be produced in such quantities & quality as never before and so cheaply that food costs will be of no consequence. Then factories will be run by robots working on free energy, building products mined by robots, and delivered by free transportation, at such low costs as to be pennies on the dollar compared to now. The, the biggie will happen. That will be the in home "Personal Processor" mentioned by Sheldon Nidle, that will produce whatever you want from food, to furniture, just like the Start Trek "Replicator." I guess it works on energy to create matter based products on command. Naturally all free, as all energy will be free. Of course, all medical problems will be solved. Arms and legs will grow back, and all diseases will be cured permanently. There will be no costs for medical interventions or medicines. Debts will be forgiven. No more credit card debts, and student loans, and most mortgages will all be forgiven and wiped from the books, free and clear.
So, now everyone has money, but what are you going to spend it on? Not energy, transportation or products. Not on medical treatments or medicine. All your major debts will be forgiven and paid in full. You could give your money to someone else, but what are they going to spend it on? There will come a time when there is nothing to by that can't be manifested by some machine, or produced by some robot for free. This will signal the End of the Cabal Money Control system.
The Money Cycle
So we have a time when no one has money, to a time when everyone has money in huge amounts, everything is repaired and built, and then a time when it becomes useless, because everything runs freely and costs nothing.
So I ask you "What difference does it make what amount of money is credited into the Financial system of the World, if it will all be obsolete in the end anyway? It doesn't really matter how much money there is, it only matters how effectively it is used while it is still valuable and useful. That is the Key. Strategic placement of the money to get things done and fixed as quickly as possible.
The Money Placement Strategy
How do the Elders, spread this money around to the right people at the right time to get the most EFFECTIVE use out of it, while it is still useful? They have several systems that I know of, and here are just a few.
1) The Historical Bond Redemption. These are very high value bonds, from many different countries, that are finally being redeemed for cash. There is a catch and a bonus. The catch is that the majority of the money MUST be used for Humanitarian projects. They are able to give themselves a decent income, but, clearly it is about directing the money to helping the World in some way. The interesting Bonus, really proves the TRUE INTENT of the Elders. The bonus is that the HB, Historical Bones were massively counterfeited by governments and bad guys, and I understand that they will he honored anyway, as if they were real. Do you realize what this means? They are just giving money to people to help humanity, and NOT, just to redeem bonds. If it were only to reconcile the legitimate debt, the Counterfeits would NOT be paid for.
2) The Currency Redemption. The currency redemption on revaluating currencies were mostly to elevate those devalued countries, but also fill to the treasuries of other countries who held those currencies. That may be the largest Humanitarian mother load of money give so far. By raising the value of those currencies, every person who holds it, gets money given to them by the increase in value. So clearly, the raise in currencies to a certain standard level is a big money placement strategy. This gift of value is given equally to all who hold the currency without restriction or conditions. No projects are required or requested. It is a straight gift. But the Currency Holder has another bonus gift available as well. That bonus will be discussed in point #4.
Note:
It is important to notice up to this point, that Corporations and wealthy individuals were not the ones given the money. In each of these cases money was given in exchange for some item of value, even if it was counterfeit. If you had The Historical Bonds, or the right currencies, you were given money for them. The glaring difference between them was that with the HB, there was a mandatory Humanitarian project requirement and with the currency, there was not. My guess for this is that the HB were of very high value, and the currency could be just a note or two. Besides, currency, especially legal tender, has certain rights that cannot be encumbered by a humanitarian project requirement. But the (I think expired, and especially fake) HB redemption was more of a gift than a legal requirement. After all, many of the bonds were drawn against bankrupt countries.
3) The Prosperity Packages. The way I understand it, this was a simple sign up list. They somehow "put out the word" and whoever signed up for the free money, and had plans to do good humanitarian work with it, were accepted. There was a window of time, and those who found out about it, got in, and those who did not, missed out. Note: it's way too late now.
Importantly, we saw that they were honoring fake historic bonds that they didn't have to honor, and now we see that the Elders are just giving the money away for nothing. No bonds, not even fake bonds... NOTHING. Clearly, this again proves that the Elders are wanting to get the money into the hands of people who will do humanitarian work with it.
An important note here is that these people who are getting this money, are not rich themselves, and I am sure they would love to have it all for themselves, but are not allowed to. They can get an income and pay expenses, but that is all. The take away from the "Prosperity Package Program" is that people agreed to do Humanitarian work and they got big money given to them, for free. Simple as that.
Note:
We just saw that random people, who just happened to get the "Word/Notification" in time, were able to sign up on a list and receive FREE MONEY to do Humanitarian work. If we had all been "Informed and Aware" back then, we could have signed up to get those free Prosperity packages as well.... But we were not aware of it, and therefore missed the opportunity to get in on it. We just didn't know about it, until it was already over and too late.
4) The Currency Privately Negotiated Rates. So, we are finally going to answer the question "Why Us?" This is sort of a combination between the HB (Historical Bonds - especially with the ZIM), and the Prosperity packages. Like the HB, we have paper (Currency) that we are redeeming for their value. Due to currency laws and rights, we can get the regular rate without any requirements at all. I outlined this above in point #2.
However, for us in the know, the informed, aware, internet people, there will be an opportunity given for a short time for extra money to do Humanitarian projects. This part of the transaction, that is over and above the regular currency exchange part, is JUST LIKE THE PROSPERITY PACKAGES. Only those who know about it, can get the extra money for a short time. Just like those who knew what to do to get the Prosperity Packages, those who know to call the 800#, set their appointments at the offsite exchange centers, and then ASK FOR THE PRIVATELY NEGOTIATED RATES will get them. If you don't know to call the 800#, and don't know to ask for the rates, you miss the boat, just like those who didn't know about the Prosperity packages offer.
We Offered Prosperity Packages As Well
Just like the Prosperity People, there are no requirements for us as to our ability to do projects or run companies. The only requirement for us and the Prosperity Package People, is that we have Heart and what to be involved in this type of project. What makes us a little better fit, is that we, who have these currencies, will already be very wealthy. We won’t be concerned about holding money back for ourselves. We can give 100% of the extra money away and still be uber-wealthy. Frankly who better to give money to for Humanitarian projects, than those who don't need money themselves? That is a no brainer for me, but that is not all.
We (The Internet People) Are Educated and Informed
Not to say that the prosperity package people aren't following Dinarland like we are, because some are. They knew the money was coming and what they were getting was settled and clear cut, as far as I know. However, those of us holding currency were not so certain. We were told it was in the basket and out of the basket, low rates and high rates, and that it was a scam, and that it was a go, so many times. I think that we spend more time on the net researching and following the currency than the HB or Prosperity package people do. As a huge by product and bonus, we have learned so much about our government, the Republic, NESARA, the Galactics, and what needs to be done on the planet. Also, we hold the most currency which is why we are paying so much more attention to the internet, way more than those who only have one or two notes.
If It Were You
Suppose that you were the Chinese Elders and it was your mission to get as much money in the best hands possible, to get the necessary work done to Repair the World and help Humanity. You have already given vast wealth to the Governments of the World to help them get back on their feet. You have agreed to pay the old defunct Historical Bonds even if they are Fake, with the mandatory requirement that the money be used for Humanitarian projects. Then you are thinking how else can we get money out to the people? Yes, the Prosperity Package Idea comes to mind and you let people sign up on a list and agree to give them big money if they agree to help the World. But what else can you do? Yes, of course, you help raise the value of Currencies up to where they should have been. But, you can't make Humanitarian requirements on those people because, they have a legitimate right to the value of their currency without restrictions. Then you get the BIG IDEA.
The Big Idea
Why not give extra money to those who already have big money coming to them? They will already have accountants, and wealth managers, and private bankers and all those things since they have that kind of money anyway. Frankly, they are already going to have so much money just from the currency value that we need to make special arrangements to handle them. Let's set up offsite exchange centers to handle them. That allows us to quietly train our people on the new system without disturbing our regular bank employees and our customers.
We can't tell the World about this, thus the NDAs, but we have to have a way to reach these new Millionaires, Billionaires and Trillionares. As it turns out, the people who have the most currency, and are the most active and interested, HAUNT the net for the latest information. We can put out a notice of an special 800#, to notify them as quietly as possible, and then get them to the offsite locations so the regular bank customers and employees are not disturbed in the least. (Frankly, I think the Free Prosperity Package offer was made on the net as well. It certainly wasn't on TV, or sent out by mail.)
While we have these newly wealthy people we can offer them extra money to do Humanitarian projects, just like we did with the Prosperity packages. The bonus for the Elders is not just that we already have our own money, but that we have learned a lot about our World and what is coming, from our time on the net. I think that is why we will get the "Blank Check Offer" which means we can get just about any amount of money we want. By contrast, I believe the Prosperity Package People were limited to a set amount of money.
The Overview
In answer to the question "Why do we get special deals and the General Public does not?"
First, money is more or less just created from valuations in the ground. Big Deal. It will soon be useless anyway, and frankly, only has its most value right now. So right now is the time to spread it around.
Second, it is important to keep the sleeping public unaware of these big transactions. As it turns out, if you have ZIM, your money will be so big, that an NDA is required no matter the rate you get. I think that they can do that because of its bond status. I don't think that they could force an NDA on Dinar or Dong, no matter how much you had exchanged at the street rate. Nothing really to keep secret at the street rate for a valid, circulating currency. But the big money ZIM and the Humanitarian project money will require an NDA. I am quite sure the Prosperity packages require an NDA, and maybe the HBs as well. That all adds up to one thing DO NOT LET THE PUBLIC KNOW ABOUT THIS.
Third, the only somewhat quiet method of making this kind of offer is on the net. Even though the net is open to anyone, it has Billions if not Trillions of "Channels" or web pages and sites. You can easily get a message out to "your People" without the general public hearing about it. BUT, in contrast, if you announced it on TV, or the News, MOST EVERY ONE WOULD HEAR ABOUT IT. That is why the Prosperity Package people were notified buy the net and we will be notified that way was as well.
However, we have an even "Quieter" method of being contacted and that is by email. Frankly, if they thought that they had EVERYBODY'S email address, there would be no internet notification. So it is a multi tiered situation. If they only notify the emails, they get a bunch of us, but the giftees and ones who's email addresses have changed or who didn't have email address would be left out. So if the put it on the net, they get the most active, and most likely largest, currency holders as well. Yes, there is a little risk of alerting the public, but, with a short window of time, like the Prosperity packages, that matter would be solved. Of course if they put it on the NEWS they would get most EVERY person with currency, but then you would cause a public outcry about why they were not told about this. So notification by Internet and email (Possibly), is the best solution.
The Complete Answer
Here is the final answer. We are the ones who get the special deal, because we can be reached and notified without alerting the Public. Just like the Prosperity Packages, whoever finds out about it, and calls in time, gets in on the deal, if not, then they miss out on the deal. Guess what? The sleeping public who have currency are not going to hear about it until it is on the news and by that time, it will all be over just like the prosperity Packages were. By the time they make the announcement to the General Public, there will be nothing to find out about. The ones who got the special extra high rates will be silenced by NDAs and the ones who didn't, got the same street rate the public will get anyway. That is why we get the special rates because we are positioned to find out about them, and the general public are not. There is NO WAY to alert the General Public Currency Holders, without alerting the General Public who don't have currency as well.
The Bottom Line
The bottom line is that money will be obsolete at some point in the future. Its buying power and usefulness is at its peak right now. Since this money is virtually unlimited, as the resources in the Earth are, it can be given abundantly at this time to repair the Earth and help Humanity. I have named a few money programs, but I think there are as many as 187 different ways that money will be given to people from many different trusts, from Guaranteed monthly income for every person on the Earth, to forgiving all debt. The money is basically unlimited.
However, it must be carefully and strategically given out and placed without disturbing the sleeping public. This necessitates certain offers and opportunities that only a few find out about. While some of us will get astronomically large sums of money, eventually everybody on the Planet will get everything they need. We the informed, internet people, will just get it first, because we will get the 800# notice. But, nothing is going wrong, because in Nature's benevolent way, those who are supposed to get this big money first, will, and those who are not supposed to get it, won't. Thus those who get the High Rates are chosen, to be in the right place at the right time, positioned to take advantage of the greatest Blessing this Earth has ever seen. So Be It!
