A Message from St. Germain for January 23, 2017
The Problem:
There has been fantastic Intel and teaching on the site, worthy of enormous gratitude to those who have sacrificed and led us to this place.
Our leaders have forged through issues night and day just to enable those in this family to remain on course, However, your observations are correct, there has been a great deal of insensitive and demeaning communication toward them, and toward the road we travel while we wait for our inauguration as humanitarians.
All souls in this journey have individual paths from which they have developed attitudes, personalities, defense mechanisms, beliefs, actions and reactions as they've interacted with life and each other. Many have had opportunity, through unique circumstances, to have learned productive and encouraging behaviors; and some have learned that many degrees of self defense meant survival. As everyone is an individual, it would be impossible the describe each souls path or the etiology of countenance. Unfortunately, human nature, on its' own tends to accuse first and then think a matter through. A person may forge ahead forgetting that their words are actually painting a picture of themselves for another to see.
However, when a person makes a choice to dwell within a certain family structure, there are rules and responsibilities. The rules and responsibilities are individual in nature. Each person has a responsibility to learn how to manage themselves for the good of the whole. There is also a family structure to recognize and respect. Apart from questioning and/or suggesting alternatives in an encouraging manner, a family member should strive to do no harm and respect everyone, there should be no unkind assertions or demeaning statements directed toward another. Our Dinarland family has been together and supporting one another for a long time. Unfortunately, there have been several wounded leaders who have been beaten to a pulp by ridicule and words unkindly spoken. There have been members who have also walked away having watched petty arguments and selfish expectations causing more harm than good.
During the inauguration of President Trump, I was pondering the reality of what I had already understood and was watching intently for truth. I was praying that the human who was willing to allow himself to be living through the threat of death would find forgiveness and support from those who were also aware of the circumstances. Such as it should be within Dinarland. People need to seek to live in Peace and concern for one another. When the concern for the "blessing" a "date" or a "rate" presents as the most important motivator, literally, "all hell breaks loose"! It is said that "money can be the root of all evil." Arguments, negative opinions and slanderous remarks should rise as extreme danger signs!
It appears that our family has been displaying a concerning behavior regarding our priority, as noted by St Germaine. It is not that family members are bad, or are intent on crucifying other family members. I believe there have been so many disappointments and dark, unknown pathways in the village of Dinarland that some have become angry, fearful, depressed, and distrustful about where and why of things!
Right now it is important to take a good look in the mirror and see the servant who will be stepping into the streets of this country and of foreign lands and building into the lives of others. If you are that person, here and now is the time to practice how you are going to do that. If it is hard to communicate positive regard in Dinarland with people who ask only for respect, what kind of responses will there be to those with their hands out?
In the past, there has been false Intel and/or countless non-specific innuendo's, untold secrets, and covert actions that have negatively effected the countenance of many in Dinarland. I believe that if the Enemy would have meant this for evil, a person can turn it around and use it for good with the help of God. On the 20th of this month we turned a page and that can mean a fresh start. A new beginning holds a great deal of responsibility and many challenges for all.
A Remedy:
In order to realize a positive response in any situation, "with efficacy", LOVE proves to be the most supreme supportive stream of encouragement in the Universe. According to the curt variety of both aggressive and assertive posts from the past there seems to be a need to cultivate a better approach with regard to communication. There is a need to develop new roles in this new paradigm. To do this, it will be helpful for each person to think about developing more positive communication accordingly. Communication should have a purpose to build rather than to tear down. The tongue is small in comparison to ones' whole body, as is the rudder in comparison to a sea worthy ship. Just as the rudder dictates the welfare and course of the ship and its' cargo, so the tongue (as the rudder) dictates the state and course of ones' life and life's meaning. Building new skills with regard to our communication, in order to move forward in truth with positive regard, is paramount for developing an ability to maximize the potential and success, for the days ahead.
Part of the learning is to remember that the tongue (as the rudder) has the power to sink or float the boat! In addition it is vital to remember that even though the gift of encouraging accountability and responsibility exists, it only works through consistent encouragement, reminding, motivating, negotiating, and even as discipline with positive regard. That is where refining words through a refiners fire is vital. When gold is placed in the smelting pot, over the fire, at a specific temperature, the dross comes to the top and is poured off, leaving "pure gold"! Now is the time to desire the opportunity to create a meaningful and valued legacy. By developing the ability to do so allowing life and words to be tested by the refiners fire, results will be memorable and goals acquired beyond measure. It happens as the dross of life is allowed to be heated then poured away through the refiners fire. IMHO, a picture of that legacy will also be perceived through refined communication.
In Conclusion:
Remember, the tongue is as powerful as the rudder of a very large ship. It is able to bring life or cause death. It can motivate success or drive to defeat. In the coming days, it will be imperative to learn to filter words through the refiners fire to effectively promote success in the work as a humanitarian. Consider the source of your words. Think about why you want to communicate and how you want your communication received. As you consider the response desired it will also help with refining your words so they will travel at just the right angle and with just the right velocity to reach the precise target. It will also help you filter the message and adjust the rudder to ensure smooth sailing!
