I hope One Who Knows and Over/Out can confirm that an internet person must be in a group with a Master Leader in order to get better ZIM rates that those not in a group. Those ZIM holders will go after public announcement at the public rates. This is a large conflict in procedure we need to be sure to help guide us.

1. IF YOU ARE PART OF A VERIFIED INTERNET GROUP THEN THIS WILL DEPEND ON WHAT THE MINIMUM INTAKE IS FOR YOUR MASTER RING LEADER. THE AMOUNT OF PAPERWORK AND LEGALITIES THAT HAVE TO BE PERFORMED PRIOR TO SUBMITTING YOUR CURRENCY IS ENORMOUS SO THEY WILL MORE THAN LIKELY HAVE A MIN AMOUNT.
2. IF YOU ARE GOING TO EXCHANGE AT PUBLIC LEVEL THERE IS NO AMOUNT TOO SMALL OR TOO BIG

I just gave up trying to explain it to people on DC. LOL I have better things to do with my time. The truth is out there and everyone of my contacts say the exact same thing you do. I argued with them about it for two years and did not want to believe it myself until I saw some things personally. I do have a question. I know some of the deals are paid out but have been told they can't spend it until the new USN is spendable. Do you think that the ones with liquid fund are getting loans or advances with the old Fed. notes?

Thank you for the updates that you have been providing. Your information rings true to me, because it is very consistent with what I am hearing within my private group. I understand that things are move quickly. Can you provide an estimate (days, weeks, months) when you believe T3 will be complete? My belief is that it will take at least through the first week in February to move T3 through the entire process.

THIS WILL VARY DEPENDING ON HOW HIGH UP THE ORDER YOU ARE AND IF YOUR GROUP IS CURRENCY COMBINED WITH HB OR HB ONLY. THERE ARE 2 DEALS THAT FALL UNDER THIS UMBRELLA, ONE THAT HAS A ONE OFF PAYOUT AND ANOTHER THAT PAYS OUT ON A TRANCHE BASIS FOR ANYTHING BETWEEN 1 YEAR AND 75 YEARS, THE LATTER GOES AFTER THE FIRST BUT ONLY JUST AFTER, ALMOST IMMEDIATE.
THE RULE IS THAT THE HIGHER UP THE ORDER YOU ARE IN T3 THE FASTER YOU WILL GET PAID, I SAY THAT BUT SOME OF THE HIGHER UP GROUPS HAVE ALREADY BEEN MADE LIQUID. ALSO IF YOU ARE PART OF A SUB GROUP YOUR FUNDS MAY BE HELD WITH A MASTER GROUP WHICH WILL MAKE YOU A BIGGER GROUP, IN OTHER WORDS IF YOU HAVE SUBMITTED YOUR CURRENCY OR ASSETS VIA A LARGER GROUP CHANCES ARE YOU WOULD HAVE ALREADY BEEN PAID BY NOW, IT’S A LADDER ORDER OF EVENTS, THE HIGHER UP YOU ARE THE CLOSER YOU ARE TO BEING PAID.
OTHER FACTORS CAN COME INTO THE RULE FOR EXAMPLE DEPENDING ON WHO YOUR BUYERS ARE AND WHAT COUNTRY YOU HAVE SUBMITTED THROUGH BUT IF YOU FOLLOW THE ABOVE RULE THEN YOU CAN’T GO WRONG.

I have a number of questions for you regarding the HB’s….
I have been in the process now for 2 years. We have seen a number of false starts but there is an overwhelming sense of imminence now. You have confirmed that you have first hand knowledge of T3 payouts. Are you aware of any timeframes for all T3 to be completed?
YOU MUST BE FRUSTRATED, MOST OF US HAVE BEEN TOO BUT IT IS NOW ALL OVER.
THERE HAVE BEEN MANY STOP STARTS, THIS WAS ALL DUE TO BE COMPLETED MONTHS AGO BUT THE SETBACKS HAVE BEEN ASTOUNDING, I WISH I COULD GO INTO DETAIL BUT IT WOULD TAKE ME HOURS TO EXPLAIN THE INTENSITY OF THE BATTLES THAT HAVE TAKEN PLACE. THERE ARE NO MORE ROAD BLOCKS, EVERYTHING IS IN PLACE AND MOVING RIGHT NOW. AS MENTIONED ON THE ABOVE POST FOR ‘ALL” T3 TO BE COMPLETED I WOULD SAY FEB BUT IT COULD EVEN GO INTO MARCH. DEPENDING ON HOW HIGH UP THE ORDER YOU ARE THIS WILL DETERMINE YOUR PAYOUT DATE.
As far as you are aware, are T3 currently being hydrated into paymaster accounts or are you seeing actual spendable cash in accounts now?

Do you know what the final step process is to make the funds spendable? If you have a step by step answer will be great

1. SELLER AND BUYER ENTER BUY/SELL AGREEMENT
2. ASSETS ARE DELIVERED BY HAND TO A SECURE LOCATION
3. SKR’S ARE ISSUED UPON SUBMISSION
4. BUYER INSPECTS ASSETS
5. DEAL ENTERS ESCROW (AKA PAYMASTER)
6. BUYER RELEASES FUNDS TO PAYMASTER
7. PAYMASTER WAITS FOR THE GO AHEAD FROM BUYERS TO RELEASE (THIS IS THE STEP THAT HAS CAUSED SET BACKS AS THEY HAD TO WAIT FOR HIGHER TIERS TO COMPLETE AS SOME OF THE END BUYERS WHERE FROM T1 AND T2)
8. PAYMASTER IS CONTACTED WHEN BUYER IS READY FOR RELEASE (PAYOUT)
9. PAYMASTER FILES CLOSING PAPERWORK (IN PERSON)
10. PAYMASTER IS GIVEN PERMISSION TO RELEASE FUNDS TO CLIENT AS SPENDABLE
