Last November, we launched All Out | Your Petitions, where people like you can start your own petitions with All Out. We wanted to tell you about one of those petitions that's taking off right now.

Javid Nabiyev is chairman of Nefes LGBT Alliance in Azerbaijan, the "worst place to be gay in Europe."

LGBT people in Azerbaijan are constant victims of violent crimes… or worse. They're forced to live in the shadows or flee for their lives. There's barely any protections for LGBT people, and violent attitudes are reinforced by homophobic politicians.

Javid is sick of seeing so many of his friends suffer. That's why he started a petition on All Out | Your Petitions. You can help Javid by signing his petition asking the President of Azerbaijan to finally enact a desperately needed anti-discrimination law.
