To Patrick and the Dinar Community;
I just wanted to thank Patrick tremendously for allowing Over and Out to post again on the site (and to, of course, thank Over and Out for his genuine persistence and information). At this point the only posts I am reading are from Bruce "The Big Call" and from AdminBill because everything else has gotten simply too crazy, irrational, and/or is continually inaccurate. It is fine for all others to post as I have the choice to simply disregard them. I don't mean them any disrespect but for me, I want to hear from Intel sources that are a bit more grounded in how I think the world operates. It is simply my prerogative.
So again, much thanks, and I sincerely hope this time we don't have another ridiculous vote to cast ANYONE off the site. We all have a choice on who and what information we allow into our energy space. Just scroll past his posts if you don't like what he/she has to say. That is what I do for a majority of the posts the past two months.

"OWK vs. Over & Out"

Let me start of by saying I have not been here for very long but have a very strong intuition who it comes to discerning information that is presented to me based upon endless factors.
It is clear to all of us we are seeing a contradiction in the information that has been provided to us by both. Immediately after joining this community, OWK's information has resonated with me the best compared to others. You can call that biased; you are all entitled to your own opinion and personal preferences.
In such a community, it is vital to be able to discern what you believe to be true and what may only be a half truth. With both we are seeing a great amount of information from both that and am greatly thankful for. So thank you both for going out of your way to "help" Dinarland when you really have no obligation to.
Now, I will get into the nitty gritty that may turn some people off or may this will resonate with you as well. During my short period of time in Dinarland, I have be privileged enough to gain information I otherwise would not have. When it comes to analyzing the content of the contradictory information between the two, as I have said, OWK resonates the best with me personally. As I read posts from "Over & Out", objectively I am reading posts mainly spitting out "facts/intel". When I read posts from "OWK" I am not only reading "intel", I am reading a person who is personally invested in the information he provides who shares excitement with all of in each an every post. Maybe it is a difference of personality or maybe "Over & Out" really doesn't care about the information or Dinarland and is just scheming to get you to give away your currency (or power) and tell you someone else is better connected through fear that you might miss out because you and not a legitimate internet group.
I hate to publicly compare the two but I thought I would share my feelings with the family and see if they align with what anyone else has observed. OWK, I love that you are personally and emotionally invested in Dinarland and the information you provide us in such an enthusiastic and excited manner. Over & Out, thank you for continuing to give us the intel that is being passed on to you. I will say that the information does not define the person, but I believe some intel may or may not have our best interests in mind. Al though not all of OWK information has always seemed accurate and sometimes outlandish, his sources can only make predictions based upon the energy at the "time" on the Earth big screen. (if that is over your head, I understand why you might be frustrated)
Again thank you both again for your commitment. I just wanted to share my thoughts to see how everyone else feels about the information being provided to us.

YOSEP, we need some clarity on the post GCR/RV from someone named over & out PLEASE!!! They are saying to be in an internet group is the only way we will be able to get the better rates! That is the TOTAL opposite of what you have always told us! Most of us STILL trust you above all others!!! (No matter WHAT the blow hards day)

"GCR/RV New Intel Update" by Over & Out - 1.24.17
- ZIM transactions will be completed once T3 payouts have ended which will then make room for the internet groups.
- Internet groups are groups of people that have submitted their currency or historical assets via a Master Ring Leader that has direct access to source. Please understand that just because you are online and part of internet forums it DOES NOT make you part of an internet group. If you have not submitted (not handed over) your currency via one of these groups you will be classed as public. If you are merely online debating your thoughts and hold currency and not part of a legitimate group you will be exchanging as a sole unit in the public window. Higher rates will not be given to the general public, such wealth will not be put in the hands on your day to day person. I know this is hard to believe if you have been led to think otherwise but this is one of the things we talk about all the time and is a well known fact in the inner surroundings. I know large T2 and T3 groups and their payments are into the billions, the thoughts of your day to day person exchanging ZIM for trillions will not happen, this you can be completely sure of regardless of whatever humanitarian business plan you may have.
- Internet groups will have access to higher rates but NOT Sovereign rates. Higher rates are good but not what many think they will be and will be based on the strength of projects the Ring Leader has to allow the higher rate.
Can you please advise me, as to the proper method to be used, in presenting my ZIM for maximum redemption, as part of this Internet Group!
I have three other holders depending on my understanding of all this and it has become very confusing! I do not wish to become a blind leader, of the blind!

Conflict in info from "ONK" and "Over/Out Dinar Chronicles, dated 1/24/2017
I hope One Who Knows and Over/Out can confirm that an internet person must be in a group with a Master Leader in order to get better ZIM rates that those not in a group. Those ZIM holders will go after public announcement at the public rates. This is a large conflict in procedure we need to be sure to help guide us.
