ACLU files second lawsuit challenging Missouri same-sex marriage ban

MissouriJEFFERSON CITY, Mo. -- Missouri's constitutional ban on same-sex marriage is being challenged by a second lawsuit filed in Kansas City. The lawsuit was filed by attorneys for the American Civil Liberties Union on behalf of two same-sex couples who were denied marriage licenses last week by the Jackson County recorder of deeds.

St. Louis Archdiocese condemns city for issuing same-sex marriage licenses
