From January to March some of ZEP mobilized in Paris against the reform announced by
Vincent Peillon, suppression and chronic lack of resources. Back to this movement. ---- It
was beautiful: mid-January the Minister of Education announced "rebuild priority
education". Human resources would finally serve those who need it most, it was the top
priority. You could feel the overhaul: ZEP become REP (replaced by network area). If this
is not a major change! And then it was announced that all teachers of PTA were 10% less
work to students to have more time for follow-up and related tasks (which are increasing
in recent years). It must be true because by looping in the media. Obviously there was
nothing. Only 30% of schools PTA are concerned by the measures called "PWR +" PWR + and
the majority of staff (agents, supervisors, some teachers...) is not taken into account.
The plan is EUR 400 million for PWRs 2014-2017. At the same time the government announced
a billion to "modernize burst" over the same period[1]. Beyond the personal are the kids
who morflent. But do not worry good people, they are only children of the proletariat, not
kids of ministers or big bosses who come to our schools. An army of unemployed men and
women in power. And it's weird, but there is not much echo the point of view of
governments to the issue of having the means to work in schools to build the emancipation
and empowerment of children and adolescents...
Movement, some acquired
In January and February is the time when institutions become aware scheduling and human
resources that will be available in the next school year in September. And then it gets
stuck: the cuts are numerous. Disappointment and anger are strong. Hauts-de-Seine (92)
institutions mobilize, not only PTA also on the decline in average. Seen for a long time
this magnitude. (93) Seine-Saint-Denis follows from early February and tries convergence
with the 92. A demonstration in 1500 in Paris, a personal AG mobilized 150 people met on
February 13. School holidays (second half of February) will break the rhythm recovery is
difficult in March for the 92, and the movement does not expand in the 93 (only forty
institutions on strike days coordinates). At the same time the SNES-FSU tries to remove
his balls mobilization, using interprofessional competition March 18 with the mobilization
own teaching. And if journalists are reporting the problem does not interest their
hierarchies who refuse. A movement that could expand and win on his claims, however, some
acquired. The most important is the development / strengthening links with parents of
students who participated extensively in battle (or frozen deserts colleges, night
colleges, attending events...). At Saint-Denis[2] for example, it comes to be a group that
maintains the links between personal and prepare and (parents of) users the next school
year that catastrophic ad.
