Masterful reappropriation of a commercial campaign in Brussels

The STIB (urban transport company of Brussels) were recently doing a publicity campaign, where the slogan was always a phrase ending with the words "... passe aussi par la STIB" [goes as well through STIB] and a different subject every time (your life in town, your communication, new jobs etc.), supposedly showing the invaluable contribution of the company to social life.
Two weeks ago, STIB controllers, accompanied by cops, performed strict controls at the exit of buses, trams and metro trains all over the city, asking from people to provide both a valid transport title AND their "papiers". Those found "sans papiers" were arrested.
Yesterday, unknown "perpetrators" used exactly the same logo, colours and aesthetics as the official posters, and produced one saying: "Expulsions pass through STIB as well; migrants prisons were never so close to you".
A spokesperson for STIB expressed their anger and stated that they are considering legal action ..
