International solidarity against state repression in Turkey ---- For several days, a
popular large-scale movement develops against the AKP government in Turkey. The starting
point of this movement: the fight against urban gentrification in Istanbul, especially
against the destruction of Gezi Park for the benefit of developers. ---- But the challenge
is a more general dimension, and it is all the reactionary policy of the government is
questioned (attacks against women with restricting access to abortion and the
morning-after pill, challenge of secularism, civil liberties in the name of a
politico-religious ideology, questioning the meager social benefits).

The same government is pursuing a policy of state terrorism against the Kurds, the labor
movement and students, with several thousand political prisoners that day.

Facing him, the libertarian movement, and more broadly the workers, feminist and LGBT
movements in Turkey play a full part in the uprising.

But alongside the reactionary movements "secular" nationalist or fascist attempt to
exploit this protest to undermine the peace process initiated by the government with the
Kurdish guerrillas and the government to pay its implementation in non-traditional sectors
"Kemalist" the army. This nationalist and fascist manipulation logic is currently held in
check by the massive presence of the Turkish and Kurdish revolutionary movement.

The popular movement was the target of a brutal and bloody repression by the state, but it
has not wavered. It can be the catalyst for large-scale social unrest that has begun to
spread to other cities (Ankara, Izmir, Antyala ...)

Coordination Anarchists Group welcomes the uprising and provides comrades Libertarians
Turkey to its full solidarity against state repression, but also against the fascists and
nationalists conducted.
