Requirements:
A Grade 12 certificate. Minimum of 3 - 5 years experience in Human Resource Management. Knowledge of PSA, PSR, and other relevant Human Resources prescripts and legislation. Knowledge of HR functions, practices as well as the ability to capture data and collate administrative statistics. The ability to interpret HR policies and prescripts and apply them. Organizing and sound interpersonal skills. Good communication skills (written and verbal). Ability to work under pressure with several different issues simultaneously and to identify urgent and or important matters. Computer literacy in Ms Office suite. Proven experience and knowledge of PERSAL, BAS and LOGIS administration functions.

Duties:
Will be responsible for the processing and approval of appointments, transfers and relocations. Salary administration. Administration and approval of leave including PILIR applications. Processing and approval of pension related matters. Administration and approval of allowances i.e. housing allowance, acting allowance, PNPA allowance, performance bonuses. Administration of IOD applications. Administer and approve long service recognitions, resettlements and overtime authorizations.
