Salary: R252 144 – R297 006 per annum. The successful candidate will be required to sign a performance agreement.
Requirements:
3 year National Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or equivalent qualification; 3 years experience in Human Resources of which at least two years must be in Performance Management; Knowledge of PERSAL system. Skills and Competencies: Basic project management skills; Computer literacy (MS Office, Intranet and Internet); Basic training skills; Communication skills (verbal and written); Numerical skills; Interpersonal relations; Problem analysis and solving; Planning and organizing.
Duties:
Key Performance Areas: Facilitate performance management in the Department; Develop, implement and maintain the performance management system in the Department; Monitor performance management system in the Department; Collect performance management statistics and maintain the database.
