Salary: R252 144 per annum (level 9). Annual progression up to a maximum salary of R297 006 per annum is possible subject to satisfactory performance.
Requirements:
An appropriate B degree or equivalent qualification at NQF level 6. At least three years’ experience in Internal Auditing. Knowledge of the PFMA, Treasury Regulations and the SPPIA. Ability to work in a team, Good verbal and written communication skills.
Duties:
Participate in the development, implementation and maintenance of Internal Audit policies, guidelines and procedure manuals. Review and evaluate internal control systems, audit results and make recommendations thereof. Participate in the development and implementation of the audit plan. Provide internal audit consulting services including advisory services and facilitating sessions with line managers. Manage and develop staff.
