Dyckia splendens and the begining of a flower stalk

Dyckia splendens is an Autumn bloomer..

 I am following this bloom since November,15th.

The plant spent the whole summer without  any sign of blooming.

The  short days of Autumn have just begun and the plant initiated booming.
