LATEST BIOSCIENCE LAW REVIEW

The world is full of mysteries, not least of which is the system whereby issues of the Bio-Science Law Review are numbered. We've just hit January 2005, but the IPKat's letterbox has just admitted "Volume 6 Issue 5 2003/2004" of that excellent publication. This issue contains, amon other things, the following features:

* David J. Faye (Borden Ladner Gervais, Toronto) considers the legal position regarding the exploitation of research tool patents in plant biotechnology;

* Olivier Lemaire (NautaDutilh, Brussels) writes on the protection accorded to regulatory data in the light of the ECJ ruling in C-106/01 Novartis v SangStat.
The BioSLR is published at intervals of approximately two months by Lawtext Publishing, who also publish the Information Technology Law Reports.
