THIS ISN’T REALLY ABOUT INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY…

…but it is a cause that is close to the IPKat’s heart. On 1 November the British and Irish Legal Information Institute (BAILII), the IPKat’s favourite source of freely available UK and Irish case transcripts, is celebrating its fifth birthday with a demonstration of the service, series of short talks chaired by Lord Justice Brooke and celebratory drinks and cake cutting (yippee!) The “cost” of the event is a minimum £15 donation to BAILII.
