Some users are reporting bX-l4u1mh when editing the Layout of their blog. We're investigating the issue and will report back as soon as we have more information.

Update, 12/15: This is now fixed. Thanks for your patience.
"Layout" rearranging for users with customized templates is currently broken. We are investigating the issue.
Some Blogger in draft users are not seeing any gadgets listed under the "Featured Gadgets" tab when attempting to add new gadgets to their layouts.
The vertical scrollbar for the page elements editor is currently missing. Thus, users with a large number of page elements won't be able to access them all.

Update, 3/15: This has been fixed.
Line breaks within the <b:skin> tag are removed when viewing a blog's page source.

Update, 2/25: This has been fixed.
Since 2/12, the Layouts page elements editor has not had scrollbars around the wireframe template. Until this is resolved, you can often scroll wide templates by clicking and dragging on empty space.

Nevertheless, we encourage template designers to use the body#layout CSS selector to add CSS styles that adapt templates to the editor.

Update, 2/29: The Layouts editor now expands to the size of the template.
The preview of your blog on the “Fonts and Colors” page may incorrectly show your posts and sidebar in the same column.

Some rectangular images uploaded via the Picture widget in Layouts are being displayed as square, and are thus distorted.

FTPNoLayoutsFeature

The new drag-and-drop template feature, Layouts, is not available for blogs published via FTP. Update, 12/18: Because Layouts relies heavily on new Blogger’s dynamic serving of pages, this is unlikely to be supported soon if ever.
