Recipe Ingredients
- Sugar free dark chocolate – You can use sugar free chocolate or Lily’s chocolate chips in these truffles. If you aren’t sugar free or low carb, then you can use whatever chocolate you’d like.
- Cream cheese – I always use full fat cream cheese for the best taste and quality.
- Stevia – This is a wonderful sugar free alternative for those looking to omit sugar from their diets. I use this liquid stevia.
- Cacao powder – You can use cacao powder or even cocoa powder. I use the kind where the ingredients are only 100% cocoa powder and nothing else. I like this one.
- Walnuts – Packed with healthy fats, walnuts are one of my favorite nuts.
- Pure vanilla extract – I use pure vanilla extract which doesn’t contain any artificial flavors or additives, it’s just pure vanilla made from alcohol. I use this one.
- Coconut Flour – Coconut flour is light, naturally sugar free and low in carbs which makes it extremely versatile for low carb baking. I always use this coconut flour for my baking. I love baking with both almond and coconut flour for the perfect texture.
