Wellsville Police Blotter

Wellsville Police arrested Jason C. Middaugh, age 33 of Andover, charging him with AUO 3rd (Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd).  The charge stems from an incident that took place on North Main Street in the Village of Wellsville.  Middaugh was issued a traffic citation and released.  Middaugh is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on March 20th at 4:30 p.m.
