· 3/8/18 – Ashley J. Taber, age 29 from Wellsville, was charged with Tampering with Physical Evidence and a Violation of Probation following a complaint from the Allegany County Probation Department. Taber was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Village Court on March 20th and turned over to the Allegany County Sheriff’s Office.
· 3/8/18 – Justin R. Outman, age 26 from Uylsses, PA, was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the third degree following a complaint from the Pennsylvania State Police. Outman was arraigned in Village Court and remanded to the Allegany County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail. Outmans next appearance in Village Court is scheduled for March 20th.
· 3/10/18 – Michael S. Clarke, age 43 from Angier, NC, was charged with DWI, B.A.C. over .08%, Unlicensed Operator and Failure/Improper Use of a Turn Signal following a traffic stop on Hills St. Clarke was issued traffic tickets to appear in Village Court on April 17th, posted $500 bail and was released to a third party.
