Celebrate women with us now on International Women’s Day

Tell Congress to Help End Violence Against Women and Girls
Dear friends,,
The day after President Trump was inaugurated, women all around the world took part in the historic Women’s March. Since then, there has been renewed energy in women’s movements and commitments to ensure all women have their rights. Movements such as #MeToo and #TimesUp have further exposed the systematic nature of sexual harassment and assault against women.

On International Women’s Day, it’s time for us to lock arms and stand in solidarity with women around the world. Take action now if you think all women and girls should live a life free of violence.

One in three women will experience violence in her lifetime. Experiencing violence prevents women from fully participating socially, economically and politically in their communities.

Luc there is a solution: Ask your member of Congress to help end violence against women globally.

Malala Yousafzai said, “We realize the importance of our voices only when we are silenced.” For too long, women and girls have had to be silent about sexual and physical abuse. Women have had to live in fear, in the shadows because of violence. This madness must end.

Celebrate the strength and vitality of women with us now by asking your member of Congress to help end violence against women and girls.
