Wellsville Police Blotter

Wellsville Police arrested Jesse D. Rinehart, age 21 of Wellsville, charging him with aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd, No/Inadequate Lights and Use Rented/Leased/Loaned Vehicle without Interlock.  The charges stem from a traffic stop on Park Avenue in the Village.  Rinehart was issued traffic citations and released.  Rinehart is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on February 20th at 4:30 p.m.
