Necessary Qualifications 
• University Degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration or other relevant degree;
• A minimum of 5 years of working experience in relevant areas
• Specific knowledge and experience in working for financial issues at public institutions, development organizations or local government units would be an advantage
• Experience in managing project with multi-donor contributions and of considerable amounts. Knowledge of UNDP administrative and finance rules and procedures is desirable
• Very good written and oral English communication skills;
• Very good computer skill (Excel, Word, Outlook);
