Experts think Sami probably spent many months wandering the woods, starving and alone. Her body was covered in bleeding and festering wounds, including on her snout, front and back legs, and torso. These injuries suggest that she had suffered attacks from other animals while she was out in the wilderness and was lucky to have lived. Thankfully Sami is still alive and fighting to survive with the help of a local rescue. But she still deserves justice.
