Singtel replied to my complaint

I was having second thought on the title of this post. I saw a headline
in thenewpaper, ‘SMRT updates app to give more accurate train timings’
and thought this would be more appropriate for this post instead of
Singtel’s reply. You will see the relevance of why the SMRT headline
later.
 
One guy from Singtel called asking to talk to me. I confirmed who I was.
Then he turned into ‘machine
