Corey J. Haggard, 24, of Bolivar, NY, died Monday, January 29, 2018 in the Town of Wellsville, NY. He was born March 17, 1993, in Lima, OH. Surviving are: his father and step-mother, Jeffrey and Sherry Dennis of Westfield; his mother, Tina Haggard of Wapakoneta, OH; siblings, Jeffrey Haggard, Aspyn Dennis, Aeyona Dennis, Azaria Dennis, Raymond Adkins, Nicolas Adkins, and Jessie Schindler; grandfather, Jeffrey Dennis; nieces and nephews.
