if you're not familiar, back in 1960ish, a Norman Holtkamp made a transporter called the Cheetah and it was sold to Dean Moon who is more famous and associated with it among hot rodders
it was inspired by the Mercedes factory race car transporter, named Renntransporter, which could go 105 mph, as it got a race car engine so it could zip along the Autobahn to get the race car to races
