The previews are in for next week’s Coronation Street and Phelan finds out that Gary and Nicola are on to him.
It starts when he gets a copy of Nicola’s flat keys made without her knowing. And when he pops round to the flat and lets himself in, he finds Seb there, unaware that Phelan’s in the flat. Phelan calls the cops and tells them there’s an intruder in Nicola’s flat. And when Nicola finds out, she and Gary wonder if Phelan was the one who called the cops.
Later, Phelan tells Gary that he knows he and Nicola are on to him but before he can do anything more, Nicola is rushed to hospital with pregnancy complications. (Another hospital scene? Groan!).
Also next week, Liz has a quiet word with Eileen to warn her against Phelan, but Eileen won’t hear a bad word said about the man she’s married to. Not yet, anyway. But it can only just a matter of time before the stupid woman sees sense. Please!
