Migrants and migrant women from Africa who are stuck waiting for passage in Europe are
subjected to torture, ill-treatment, rape and slavery in Libya. These abominations are
allowed by a safe and criminal European migratory policy, but also the " chaos " of
Libya and the " solutions " put in place to remedy it. This situation masks the
responsibilities in France and in Europe. When is the end ? ---- On November 13, a report
by the American channel CNN triggered a worldwide outrage by showing migrant women sold on
slave markets in Libya. Reactions were lively, as each time a shock image comes to
highlight the inhuman conditions experienced for many years by the vast majority of people
who emigrate to Europe. In Libya in particular, the situation of migrants and migrants
from Africa who are stuck waiting for a visit to Europe is appalling for a long time, as
evidenced by several NGOs and international organizations [1]who had already alerted about
possible case of slavery and more generally on torture, ill-treatment, kidnapping, rape ...
Currently there are between 400,000 and 700,000 refugees from Africa in Libya. According
to the International Organization for Migration (IOM), about 15,000 are believed to be
held in Libyan government-controlled centers, but many more are locked up in illegal
detention centers run by militias and traffickers.
A safe and criminal migration policy
In some official reactions, African countries have been singled out as responsible for the
situation because they are unable to prevent the emigration of their nationals and to
protect them. Emmanuel Macron, during his speech in Burkina Faso, spoke of a " trafficking
made by Africans against other Africans ". But European responsibilities, whether in the
overall situation of migrant people or in relation to the specific situation in Libya,
have been completely eluded.
For twenty years, the European migration policy has been based mainly on the " fight
against illegal immigration " through the closing of borders, and on an increasingly
restrictive approach to so-called " legal " immigration routes . It is from the attacks
of September 11, 2001 that the security turning point takes place. In 2004, for the first
time, an official European text establishes a link between the security of the European
Union (EU) and immigration [2], and that's when the Frontex agency is created, equipped
with growing military means to monitor the borders. In 2008, European legislation allowed
and thus generalized the confinement of migrants for their return to their country of
origin. And in recent years border controls have intensified, with the deployment of
important technological means (sensors on the coast, surveillance drones, satellites). At
the same time, increased cooperation with the countries of origin and transit of migrants
is intended to facilitate the return of expellees, to delegate border control to these
countries and to force them to retain their nationals. Latest idea, sorting centers
created directly in Africa [3].
Such a policy produces effects that are the opposite of what the so-called humanist
discourses of the EU and France are calling for. It makes migratory routes increasingly
dangerous, and therefore more and more deadly, and contributes to the expansion and
enrichment of smuggling networks, which have become essential for migrants seeking to
enter Europe.
This is especially true in the case of Libya, where the EU is assisting the various Libyan
authorities to stop the departure of migrants at any cost, even though some of these
authorities have militias in their ranks .
In particular, Italy is working with the Libyan Coast Guard to intercept and return
migrant and migrant boats to Libya and has signed an agreement with 14 Libyan mayors
promising them access to European funds in return for a increased fight against
trafficking and ultimately against immigration. As a result, Libyan mayors themselves have
reached an agreement with the trafficked militias by providing equipment and finances to
keep migrants on Libyan soil [4]. This approach of Italy was greeted by France, Macron
judging that it was the " perfect example of what we wish to reach " [5].
Today it is this policy that results in hundreds of thousands of migrants being stranded
in Libya in a situation of great vulnerability. Note that it is not new, since haggling
between Italy and Libya already existed at the time of Gaddafi.
Libyan " chaos " conducive to such a situation
The instability that reigns in Libya today is also one of the factors of the development
of the militias and the traffics and allows the exploitation of the migrants and migrants
behind closed doors. European countries, and in particular France, are far from being
foreign to this situation. In 2011, Nato's military intervention in Libya, led by France
and the United Kingdom and motivated by Western interests, plunged the country into chaos
and destabilized the entire sub-region over the long term. The fall of Gaddafi also led to
the liberation of racism from the black population of Libya, likened to African
mercenaries recruited by Gaddafi in his army. Following denunciations of slavery, the EU,
the UN and the African Union (AU) are calling for a political solution to bring stability
back to Libya, In parallel, France continues to play a troubling diplomatic game. Libya is
currently divided between two governments, one - the Libyan government of national unity -
imposed by the UN and the other - the forces of General Haftar - challenging the
legitimacy of the first. While it is supposed to support the choice of the UN to which it
has also contributed, France supports in parallel General Haftar with a mission of the
Service Action of the DGSE (secret services)[6]. With such French interference, peace in
Libya seems far away and official speeches particularly hypocritical.
The Libyan case leads us to go back a little further along the migratory routes and to
question the reasons why migrant migrants from Africa leave their countries. The
colonization and the pursuit of this imperialist policy by Françafrique or by other
foreign interference deprived the African peoples of their political and economic
sovereignty and therefore of their ability to build a future in decent and dignified
conditions.
Given these European and French responsibilities, we could not expect much from the
solutions announced since the broadcast of CNN's report.
Solutions that suit European countries well
A special meeting was convened by France on the sidelines of the EU / AU summit in Abidjan
at the end of November. Among the announced measures: an international agreement to carry
out urgent evacuations of African migrants from Libya to their country of origin.
Repatriation to Niger, a country of transit before Libya, has already begun and this
situation has made it possible to bring to the fore the new asylum examination center
opened recently in Niger at the request of France, without that this new stage in the
outsourcing of migration control is not questioned. At no time was there any question of
evacuating refugees to European countries, their desired destination and for which they
endured the hell of Libya, and so the " solution "Found by France finally returns to
repress people in their country of origin.
At the same time, European and national migration policies are becoming even tougher and
the living conditions of migrants in the EU are worsening [7]. A draft European regulation
currently under negotiation proposes extending the principle of the Dublin Regulation to "
safe " non-European countries, that is to say, to rule inadmissible an asylum
application when the person has transited through a third country considered " safe " by
the EU and to refer that person directly to it. Would be considered " safe " all
neighboring countries of the EU and even countries at war as soon as at least part of the
territory escapes the conflict, as in Libya for example [8].
The European outrage over slavery in Libya and, more broadly, the situation of migrants in
Africa finally makes it possible to divert attention from the equally scandalous European
practices and laws in the matter.

The following is the sixth part of a series of thematic articles on the diachrony of
fascism in the territory of the Greek State. The original article entitled "Let's Talk
About Modern Fascism" and subtitled "Updating our analysis and organizing the war against
its roots and not just against the declared fascists," was published on the site of the
anarchist collective Volos Manifesto. All parts can be read here. ---- Leftist nationalism
"patriotism" at the time of the memos ---- "Let's go back to 2012, during the celebration
of an event on the "peak of fascism", many of those who participated in the event were
surprised by this phenomenon. In this case, it was commented, among other things, that the
Left can not leave the nation in the hands of the fascists and the extreme right, and that
the nation is another point of struggle, in which leftists must intervene and impart a
different meaning or popular. The above reflects a political conception that prevails in
some parts of the Left, fully incorporated into the state in many ways for many decades.
It is a patriotic and nationalistic conception, one of whose origins is its historical
connections with bourgeois institutions. Otherwise could the nation be conceived, if not
as something that should be claimed by fascists and right-wing extremists? "
" Class Hatred, " provo.gr , February 9, 2015 , " Leftist Patriotism: Tragedy or Farce?"
The state of emergency established with the signing of the first memorandum in 2010 foi
A bipolaridade
The leftist nationalism - "patriotism" of the era of the memorandums, as conceived and
capitalized at the political level mainly by the coalition between the leftist Syriza
party and the nationalist party Gregos Independentes (Anel), formed a new "national"
narrative in favor of consensus with respect to their "national" objectives. If a new
"national" narrative was built, which aspired to play the role of a new but undeclared
"national and social contract", that is, a contract that has structural characteristics in
common with the "national and social contract" of the Pasok of a few decades. The
predominant "national" narrative, however, includes (although this is not clearly stated)
the acceptance of the financial functions of the "nation" -Greek State to the European
control of the "partners" seeking expulsion from the International Monetary Fund
"malicious and nurtured United States." This subjection to the economic control of the
"European partners", objectified at the communicative level, that under certain conditions
of economic concessions (privatizations of state structures of public transportation,
energy and natural resources, radical underestimation of work, cuts in pensions and social
expenses , etc.), following continuous "honest negotiations" with "international
creditors" (who are also our "partners" in the ongoing construction of European interstate
training), will lead to future "national" and economic development and independence, the
cancellation of a large part of the State's external debt, the signing of memoranda and
the presentation of the Greek State to international financial "protection".
According to this predominant "national" narrative, which is being propagated by all
political parties, those of the governmental and opposition coalitions, right-wingers,
center-right leftists and right-wing extremists, as well as all means of mass
disinformation, there is a determinism that has existed for years. The intrinsic secondary
disagreements with this prevailing "national" narrative is when this process of economic
and "national" independence will be completed and the end of the "nation" submission to
the state of control and "protection" and that is the rhythm with which the "Reforms" will
be carried out so that this can be achieved.
The narrative is supplemented with a good dose of palliative and patriotic doping on the
"nation" of the Greeks who do not bow their heads, but who are proud and will work hard
(and, if necessary, without charge ...) and then the Greek debug this "national" shame
caused by the disproportionate waste of the past... The nondescript narrative of "we all
spent the money" of former Minister Págalos, removed the noxious tunic of shocking
bluster, and put on the white silk shirt (without a tie) of "We can all together." In this
rich and poor narrative, unemployed and entrepreneurs, bosses and workers struggle
together for the sake of the "nation" and for a new Greece, that of "competitiveness."
If this narrative resembles the National Socialist between the wars in Germany, this
similarity is associated with the fact that here the "internal enemy" is not clearly
defined (with a concrete description of a political, religious, cultural, politics, etc.),
or with words (terms) that put someone in the limelight, but let themselves be furtively
defined "by elimination." It is a "national" suffering felt by the unemployed Greeks who
emigrated to other countries, who hundreds of thousands of people left the "motherland" to
enter countries, especially in central Europe, to survive. The thousands of
"fundamentalist" immigrants who are stacked in detention centers, seeking survival for the
same reasons as Greek emigrants and who risk their lives in the Aegean, feel the
"cultivated" fear and face the deportations that the Greek state has reserved for them.
Borders open to the invaders, metal fences high for the sufferers of this world. Freedom
and discreet attitude toward fascist killers, hysteria and endless "terrorist" narratives
for social fighters and political prisoners, accused without evidence against them and
arrested with 18 months of repeated detention.
Dozens of non-governmental organizations are managing state money and European grants,
forming a "pillow" of political accountability for the inhuman grouping and deportations
of immigrants and refugees, and unhappy living conditions in places that can not be called
" centers of hospitality ". The notorious military parades of "national pride" were not
abolished. Imia's crisis has been removed from the drawer of history and removed the dust
from above with a blatant communist trick by Defense Minister Kammenos, and the danger of
the East justifies the new exorbitant military expenditures for the purchase of military
weapons under conditions of supposed economic austerity and supposed cuts in expenses ...

On Friday, February 9, the Resurp Crew squat squad was occupied by Šatovka in the Šárka
Valley in Prague. ---- After casting, the team issued the following statement: ----
"Despite the obstacles that put our reality in the way, we have decided to revive the
abandoned homestead in Šárka valley. Two years after the house was occupied, they cleaned
the garbage, organized a public screening, and after the owner's promise to use the
farmhouse soon, they voluntarily left, we were returning. ---- It has not occurred to us
that neither the luxury nor the retirement home of Shatovce is operated at the hands of
the neighboring community center, as we know that the assertion that the house had been
attacked by woodcutters and broken statics was a purposeful lie. And we have enough. The
premises, which have been filled only by a tumultuus of unfulfilled promises by its
administrators and the lies of the virtuous protectors of private property, are in our
opinion worth a fresh wind.
We still have a living memory of the dying Villa Milada, the collapsing farm of Cibulka,
or the sadness of the Albertov spa - all these houses in the past, in which shorter or
longer time worked for free life, the police cleared the violent interference. The revival
of order was theatrical, and after the final applause the owners trumpeted in the promises
of the various forms in which their property would flourish. As it turned out, everyone
could see for themselves.
We know that what we are doing is violating the law, but its reality will be perverted in
today's society. At Šatovka we want to create a space for meeting people who want to
create, educate and live without having to own, profit, generate profits ... We want to
continue to try to work differently, jointly to create structures for those who do not
have the chance or do not want to struggle with the reality of the market , permanent
competitiveness, cash on standby, borderless flexibility ... Whether our future will be
repressive and empty, or even free and full, is for us all. "
In the first place, the city police arrived, and eventually the state police, who then
went to hide a few hundred yards away from sight. Mayor of Prague 6 Ondrej Kolár and the
squatters negotiated for several hours inside the house. He does not want the police to
intervene. His promises to include the topic of Dresses at the meeting of the assembly are
no longer jumping for him, so he leaves and leaves the activity to the police. On Saturday
night, however, there were dozens of cops in front of the building, the firemen with the
platform and the mattresses as well as the intervention unit. Squatters refuse to leave
the long-abandoned building all Saturday and, despite the frosty weather, endure on the
roof of the building for another night.
On Sunday, the police negotiators continued their threats with violence. Even though the
situation has not changed, the police are already talking about a crime, although at first
it should be a misdemeanor. On social networks, there are challenges to support squatters.
They also waited, heard the drumming and chanting of their supporters, and they were also
spotted. The mayor is back in place and starts to be angry, even attacking a cameraman.

The Revolution in Rosava and the Kurdish fighters ---- We express our unwavering
solidarity with the Kurdish revolutionaries of Rosawa and with the internationalist
anarchists and communists who are fighting alongside them. The safeguarding of the
Liberation Revolution in Rosawa is a mound in the global pursuit of state and capitalist
totalitarianism and a bright example of resistance and revolutionary social
transformation. After the heroic battle of Kobani, defense of Afrins is the continuation
of the people's struggle in Kurdistan for a world of freedom, equality and solidarity.
---- Revolution in Rosa and Kurdish militants are not alone ---- On 20/1, Turkish troops
attack air and artillery against the positions of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) in
the Afghan canton of the Democratic Federation of Northern Syria or otherwise Rosava. The
bombing of Turkish troops has also hit civilian targets. The number of wounded and dead
remains unclear. A few days ago, Erdogan launched threats against the Kurgans of Rosava,
saying that Turkey has expansionist aspirations towards Afghanistan and the Manpitz
region, which it is about to end through militarist interventions. The 20,000 Turkish
soldiers are assisted by 5,000 Islamic militants of the Free Syrian Army (FSA).
Turkey's generalized military assault on the liberated Rosava lands was made with the
consent of the central and regional imperialist powers operating in the Middle East region
and in particular with Russia's consensus that withdrew the troops from Africa and from
Iran. In a tripartite agreement between Russia, Iran and Turkey in Astana, it was decided
to establish areas to restrict the tensions in the Aleppo and perimeter of Indlib, as well
as the removal of Islamist troops from these areas. These al-Qaeda militia organizations
are funded and supported by Turkey. The Assad regime, however, with the help of its stable
allies in the region, Russia and Iran, that is, he wants to append for himself the region
of Idlib, the northern part of which is under Turkish occupation. Turkey, however, not
only did not "nudge" and remove these organizations from the region but found the
opportunity to increase its influence on them and to integrate them into its plans to
strike the canton of Afrin, which borders northern with Turkey, south with Indlib and west
with a Turkish occupation zone called the "Shield of the Euphrates". So, Afrin is
surrounded by Turkish military forces and their allies. Assad's military units are
withdrawn from the border with Manbiz, opening a pass for the Turkish army and the Free
Syrian Army (FSA) to hit Afrin at his rear. Assad remains faithful to his dependence on
Russian interests, so he does as well. At the same time, the US, which up until now
supported the Rosa Kurds in terms of funding, arms supply, military training and aid, said
in a Pentagon statement that units of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) focusing
exclusively on armed conflict with ISIS, will not receive US support from now on. At the
same time, ISIS launched a fierce attack on Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) in eastern
Syria. The forces of the revolutionary Kurdish revolutionaries are in a dilemma, being
under terrible pressure. They have two huge open fronts, in Africa and in Eastern Syria.
Afrins defend 10.
The areas of constraint on the tensions referred to above were to be attributed to the
Assad regime under the Astana agreement. But Islamist armed organizations - Turkish allies
- have not yet left the Idlib district. It seems that there are vibrations inside the
newly formed but opportunistic, as it seems, coalition of Turkey-Russia-Iran. However,
this does not in any way mean its dissolution. It is a fact that Turkey seeks to become a
pro-world power in the Middle East chessboard. She teeth her teeth in the US and Russia,
and is trying to increase in size. It can blackmail transnational agreements and
alliances, but its constant enemy is the Rosa Kurds and the libertarian experiment of the
democratic confederation. Russia, Iran, and the Assad regime find a common place in its
goal. The Turkish occupation of Northern Indlim and the Shield of the Euphrates is holding
Turkey in the game of Syrian civil war and geopolitical developments in the Middle East.
Turkey has spotted the region's energy sources and suppressing the Kurdish revolution in
Rosava and is not ready to step back. Turkey currently holds the North Indili region as a
negotiating paper for a possible exchange of it with the Afghan canton. Turkey has spotted
the region's energy sources and suppressing the Kurdish revolution in Rosava and is not

back. Turkey currently holds the North Indili region as a negotiating paper for a possible
exchange of it with the Afghan canton.
The almost complete elimination of ISIS marks the beginning of a difficult period for
defending the social revolution in Rosawa. Now, the revolution is either going to be a
direct target of attacks by the imperialist forces operating in the region, or to become a
target for manipulation by the big powers (see the US) who will want to use it for their
benefit the promotion of their designs against their opponents. The geopolitical
pressures, the economic and military dependence of the YPG units and the YPJ are about to
culminate now that the ISIS hours are over and the cyclone's eye is to be transferred to
Rosawa. Although, for our part, we do not suffice for a pure and safe condemnation, albeit
temporary, part of the revolutionary movements with state formations (with what this
implies), this certainly does not mean that we forgot even for a moment that these
alliances strongly undermine the very foundations of a possible emancipatory and
liberating prospect. Capital has an international displacement within the world of the
internationalized market economy, as opposed to the revolutions emerging from a particular
local boundary. Therefore, the only way to release revolutionary movements from
geopolitical pressure and economic and military dependence on various imperialisms is to
promote proletarian internationalism and the widespread outbreak of social revolutions,
especially in neighboring countries. Thus, social revolutions can be defended by
multiplying them.
We are not totally identifiable with the model of democratic confederation. We recognize,
however, his contribution to the emancipatory course of women and the struggle against
patriarchy, multi-racial coexistence and internationalism, in the effort to implement the
precepts of social ecology, direct democracy, anti-federalism and renewal modern
revolutionary liberation prospect. We know that the Revolution in Rosawa secured freedoms
and met a significant part of the needs and desires of the oppressed social base in an
environment that until recently had plagued religious fundamentalism, despotic state
sovereignty, sexism and generalized conservatism. For these reasons we do not complain
about our anarchist "purity"
The oppressed and exploiting of this world do not have to divide anything between us. We
must find ourselves on the same side of the checkpoint, despite what the 'national'
narratives are saying, wanting to perpetuate political freedom and economic exploitation
from the bottom. Our common enemy is state and capital, not people who are in the same
social and class as ours. At a time when war plans are dwindling and slowly seeming to
approach their diaspora and in the West itself, the proletarians are all destined to
become northern in the canons of the sovereigns. The bourgeoisie neither fights nor covers
the cost of wars. Their wars pay them out of their pocket and with their own blood the
proletariat itself for the interests of capital.
I find myself in passing, a steady militaristic tactic is the so-called "war on democracy
and justice" or "war on terror", which has been used in particular by the United States.
and it has also been put into practice in the Middle East's explosive environment for the
extermination of ISIS, which has itself evolved into Euro-Atlantic imperialism and its
satellites in the region (see Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Turkey). Turkey's Foreign Minister
Melvot Tsavousoglou said Turkey's intervention is aimed at combating "terrorism" and in
the contradictions of opportunistic alliances, Turkey's presidential spokesman appealed to
the United States. to withdraw the support of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF). The
dominant narrative calls terrorists those who struggle against the tyranny of the state
and capital. For us the decoding of the above message has to do with the side of the class
camp in which everyone is. And we are in the opposite camp. In the camp of the oppressed
and the exploited, those who live by their work, the unemployed, the poor and the unloved.
YPG fighters and YPJ fighters are battling with the gun in hand for social liberation. On
the other hand, the wars attempt to be purged of the victims' hatreds, by the "mitigating"
of "restoring" the abused human and democratic rights. Behind these authoritative
embellishments, for the eyes of the world, lies the more cruel brute of capitalism and
state power, painted with blood of proletarians to satisfy the interests of political and
economic elites. Such interventions have given political / institutional, economic and
military power to the theocratic and totalitarian regimes that function as marionettes of
the imperialists and ducts of their aspirations.
As part of the social base, we are not going to turn the barrels of arms towards our class
brothers, from whom we are separated only artificially from the upper frontiers, nations
and religions, in order to strengthen the disorientation from below from the political and
social oppression and economic exploitation that exist and divide themselves among
themselves rather than the community of their material interests. The only war we are
involved in is the unstoppable social and class war, whose end we seek to be the social
revolution that will precipitate the world of state and capital to enable universal
humanitarian coexistence and generalized social self-management on its bases libertarian
communism.
We express our unwavering solidarity with the Kurdish revolutionaries of Rosawa and with
the internationalist anarchists and communists who are fighting alongside them. The
safeguarding of the Liberation Revolution in Rosawa is a mound in the global pursuit of

Every year in Sofia, Bulgaria, a fascist parade is held in honor of the fascist general
Hristo Lukov, executed by the rebel Violeta Yakova on February 13, 1943. The parade
organizes a series of neo-Nazi parties and organizations such as the Bulgarian National
League and others. The parade is the leading event of fascism in Bulgaria, and every year
delegations from fascist and Nazi parties from other European countries (Germany, Spain,
Italy, Sweden, etc.) participate. For us, as anarchists, resistance to the pursuit of
totalitarianism and fascism should have an internationalist character. It is impossible to
confront globalized capitalism and fascism exclusively in Greece. It is vital to develop
contacts and practical solidarity between comrades in neighboring countries as well as on
an enlarged international level. The Anarchist Political Organization, with its previous
decision, strongly supported the anti-fascist demonstration held last February in Sofia.
About 50 comrades from Greece found themselves in Sofia to protest against fascism and
support their comrades there who have taken even more action in recent years to organize
resistance to fascists and bosses in the country. The demonstration achieved its purpose,
since it was the one that tried to move against the 20 fascists who set up a
counter-concentration, making them silent.
