Staff of Noyes’ Family Birthing Center were delighted to learn that for the third consecutive year, Excellus BlueCross BlueShield has recognized UR Medicine | Noyes Health with a Blue Distinction® Center+ for Maternity Care for demonstrating expertise in delivering improved patient safety and better health outcomes, based on objective measures that were developed with input from the medical community.
