Passenger car sales have been falling in the RSA for a few years now, with 2017 at least holding its own against 2016 but someway short of the better years. The total for the year was up 2%. The data is from Naamsa, but a few sales are not reported to that organisation. Hyundai and Kia, brands joined half way through the year and the data prior was combined for both.
