LUKE BEGINS TO SEE THROUGH PHELAN Having finally got hold of Matt, Luke arranges to meet him at a bar in town. When he arrives early Luke’s intrigued to spot Matt deep in conversation with Phelan. With Phelan gone, Luke approaches Matt. Matt admits that he’s no idea where Andy is and that the back-packing story was Phelan’s invention. Finding out from Seb that Phelan has gone to the new development site, Luke arrives at the mill and demands to know what’s happened to Andy.
SEAN SUFFERS FROM FOOT IN MOUTH IN THE CAFE When Sean leaves some fruit within George’s reach, Angie and Jude tell him off in no uncertain terms, pointing out that it could kill George.
ZEEDAN IS FLOORED BY NEWS ABOUT RANA When Robert offers Zeedan his job back at the bistro Zeedan turns him down, explaining how he and Rana intend to open their own place. But Zeedan’s confused when Luke inadvertently refers to Rana’s pregnancy. Zeedan confronts Rana wanting to know if she’s pregnant.
ELSEWHERE Alya’s horrified to receive racist hate mail. Cathy and Alex move into No.12 with Brian. In a bid to win them round, Eva invites Beth, Izzy and Sinead for a free manicure in the back room of the Rovers but Toyah’s double booked with a meeting of the Vegan Association. Eileen’s thrown when Shona tells her it’s a myth that Nicola is living in Australia. Adam takes Imran on at the solicitor's firm.

LUKE’S UP TO HIS NECK IN TROUBLE At the mill, Luke quizzes Phelan about Andy, convinced he knows more than he’s letting on. When Phelan fails to answer Luke’s questions, Luke resolves to report Andy missing to the police and tell them all he knows. But as Luke goes to leave, Phelan smacks him over the head with a rock. The men fight and Luke punches Phelan knocking him unconscious. Luke staggers to his car and sets off. Phelan gives chase in his van. Will he be able to stop Luke?
SEAN IS HOIST BY HIS OWN PETARD When Sean loses his job at the medical centre for breach of patient confidentiality he’s convinced Jude and Angie are behind it and accuses them outright. Dr Gaddas is forced to step in and confirm they had nothing to do with it. Sean’s mortified.
RANA MAKES PROMISES TO KATE Rana tells Kate she can’t live with the lies and is going to break the news to Zeedan that she’s leaving him. Kate’s thrilled. But when Zeedan arrives home on cloud nine having found the perfect premises for their café, will Rana be able to bring herself to break his heart?
ELSEWHERE Toyah and Eva row over who has the right to commandeer the back room. Imran casts his eye over the racist hate mail and assures Alya it’s important evidence and should help Luke’s case.
