• Knowledge of and experience with print and electronic media production and the respective state of the art technology;
• Demonstrated knowledge of the specifics of public broadcasters as nationally accessible provider of independent media content;
• Experience with the digitalization of broadcast media;
• Proven experience in project management;
• Sound analytical skills;
• Good negotiation and diplomatic skills and proven experience in this area;
• Demonstrated ability and willingness to work as a member of a team, with people of different cultural and religious backgrounds, different gender, and diverse political views, while maintaining impartiality and objectivity;
• Knowledge of OSCE principles and commitments desirable;
• Excellent organizational skills, with ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks and process large amount of information;
• Cultural sensitivity and judgment;
• Ability to operate windows applications, including word processing and e-mail.
