Necessary Qualifications:
• Max. 30 years of age
• In the field of International Relations, European Studies, Political Science, Journalism, Law or similar, no longer than two years before: a) completed two years of full-time post-secondary education in an accredited institution, or b) completed a first or advanced University degree.
• Previous work or study experiences outside the home country are an advantage.
• Effective writing, analysis and research skills
• Previous experience with media work would be an advantage.
• Previous experience with project organization/management would be an advantage
• Professional fluency in English; knowledge of Albanian would be an asset
• Ability to establish and maintain effective work relations with different cultural and national backgrounds.
• Ability to operate Windows applications including word-processing and e-mail.
• A strong (demonstrated) interest in political affairs is desirable for this position.
