YOU CANNOT CRIMINALISE SOLIDARITY!
In a move that is reminiscent of times and persecutions we thought we had left behind, the Belgian government is considering allowing police officers to enter private homes (without a warrant!) in order to further pursue their inhumane crackdown on refugees in our country.
Targeting members of the spontaneous collective of more than 30,000 Belgians called "Hébergement Plateforme Citoyenne", which has been helping refugees and migrants abandoned by the Belgian authorities, the government is punishing those who are trying to improve a mess caused by... the government itself!
We will not stand for the criminalisation of those of us who are trying to maintain a sense of humanity and solidarity in our fragmenting societies. Constructive disobedience to inhumane policies is our weapon for saving a Europe that is guided into an increasingly authoritarian path. We stand united with our fellow activists from "Francken Buiten ! On lâche rien !" against those who would divide us!

VOUS NE POUVEZ CRIMINALISER LA SOLIDARITE!
Avec une mesure qui rappelle des temps et des persécutions que nous pensions appartenir au passé, le gouvernement belge envisage d'autoriser la police à perquisitionner des foyers privés (sans mandat !) afin de poursuivre leur répression inhumaine contre les réfugiés dans notre pays.
Ciblant les membres du collectif spontané de plus de 30 000 Belges appelé "Plateforme citoyenne de soutien aux réfugiés", qui vient en aide aux réfugiés et migrants abandonnés par les autorités belges, le gouvernement punit ceux qui tentent de remédier au gâchis causé par... le gouvernement lui-même!
Nous ne tolérerons pas la criminalisation de ceux d'entre nous qui tentent de préserver un sentiment d'humanité et de solidarité dans nos sociétés fragmentées. La désobéissance constructive aux politiques inhumaines est notre arme pour sauver une Europe de plus en plus autoritaire. Nous sommes aux côtés de nos frères activistes de "Francken Buiten ! On lâche rien !" contre ceux qui veulent nous diviser!

SOLIDARITEIT IS GEEN CRIMINALITEIT!
Verontrustende echo’s van vervolgingspraktijken uit het verleden klinken op bij het voorstel van de Belgische overheid om “woonstbetreding” zonder huiszoekingsbevel of controle door een onafhankelijk magistraat mogelijk te maken om het onmenselijk beleid tegen vluchtelingen te pogen af te dwingen.
De vrijwilligers van het spontaan collectief “Hébergement Plateforme Citoyenne” van meer dan 30.000 burgers, helpen vluchtelingen en migranten, die de Belgische overheid letterlijk in de kou laat staan. Zij dreigen nu zelf het doelwit te worden van de overheid, omdat ze de problemen die die overheid zelf creëert, proberen op te lossen.
Het criminaliseren van vrijwilligers die de waarden van menselijkheid en solidariteit toepassen is onaanvaardbaar. Constructieve ongehoorzaamheid tegen onmenselijk beleid is ons wapen om Europa te redden van het glijdend vlak naar autocratie. We zijn solidair met onze mede-activisten van "Francken Buiten ! On lâche rien !" tegen zij die ons proberen tegen elkaar op te zetten!
