The RedCardMovement – RCM – is a citizens’ movement with the primary objective of ending the persistent and cyclical problem of bad leadership in politics and governance in Nigeria. We will champion stronger citizens’ participation in politics, elections and closely monitor government conduct after elections.
A critical mass of citizens will be mobilised to secure their PVCs and vote to resoundingly reject politicians that lack the character, competence and capacity needed for leading Nige- ria and elect selfless, ethical, competent and capable people to run the affairs of our land.
We will initiate a national conversation on the key issues of bad governance and citizens’ participation in determining the election of credible people with a proven track record. We will monitor and contribute ideas to governments at all levels that seek solutions to local, state and national problems.
