- University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or similar field (additional qualification such as ACCA, CFA or CFE would be considered an advantage)
- Sound knowledge of IFRS and Albanian GAAP
- Strong analytical and communication skills including the ability to interpret data, generate insights and construct solutions
- Natural inquisitiveness, attention to detail and good commercial awareness
- Fluency in English and strong command of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
