Cuba woman receives conditional discharge in Cattaraugus County case

MINA PETERS, 35, of Cuba, New York, was sentenced to a 3 year conditional discharge for her conviction of Offering a False Instrument for Filing in the First Degree.  The incident occurred between August 2009 and December 2011, when knowing that a written instrument contained a false statement or false information, she offered or presented it to a public office or public servant.
