Wellsville Police arrested Adam C. Fiegl, age 29 of Webster, NY, charging him with DWI, DWI w/BAC of .08% or more and Aggravated DWI w/BAC of .18% or more. The charges stem from an incident that took place on North Main Street in the Village of Wellsville. Fiegl was processed and released to a third party. Fiegl is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on January 9th at 4:30 p.m.
